Finding your favorite foods on campus is easy. We are proud to offer a dining program complete with signature brands and menu selections that include just about every item you can imagine. Just feast your eyes on what we have available!
A favorite hang out and site of numerous events and special occasions it consists of a food court that can satisfy those hunger pains. All formats are vegan and vegetarian friendly. As part of our sustainability initiative, all reusable dishware is utilized at this location. We also offer a to-go program that consists of all bio-degradable carry out items. From containers made of bagasse (remains of crushed stalk from sugar cane), to spudware utensils (made from primarily potatoes), to cups and straws made of corn-plastics, the Dining Commons procures many everyday resources into sustainable living.
We offer freshly baked pastries made daily, along with assorted bagels and cereals (hot and cold). Create your “fruit salad” with fresh cut fruit, daily. Hot-items on the main line and grill include: made-to-order eggs and omelets, as well as LTO specials.

Simple Servings Simple Servings is our new resident dining option providing safe and appetizing food choices "ready to go" for our customers with food allergies, gluten intolerance, or those who prefer plain and simple foods. The Simple Servings stations does not offer foods made with the FDA most-common allergens (peanuts, tree nuts, shellfish, wheat, soy, milk products and eggs). All foods offered will be made without gluten-containing ingredients. Simple Servings staff members are carfully trained to avoid cross-contamination of their menu items.
