The Pay It Forward Scholarship and Mentoring Program continues to expand. The strongest support for Pay It Forward has come from individuals who want, themselves, to "pay it forward" - reflecting the valuable guidance and assistance they have received in their own lives.

Those involved with the Pay It Forward program can bear witness to the fact that they gain as much or more from the experience as do the students themselves. You can become a part of the Pay It Forward program in a number of ways, including:

• Recommend first-generation college students from Monterey County who plan to attend CSUMB
• Engage with Executives-in-Residence as a mentor
• Refer associates to help expand our network
• Fund a student
• Invite us to speak at your local community organization or club.
