The University Center is the focal point for internal and external campus activities and events. We host a variety of meetings, training’s, workshops and student activities. The University Center is also a favorite spot for events attended by the community at large, including fundraisers, celebrations and external conferences.

• Over 12,000 square feet of rental space for meetings, conferences, and special events. All rooms feature wireless and multimedia capabilities along with staging and presentation equipment.
• Our 6,000 square foot ballroom has a fireplace, built in sound system and dance floor.
• Three meeting rooms, which can be used separately or combined into one large conference room. All with plenty of natural light.
• The Living room features a fireplace lounge area with baby grand piano. A cozy place for meetings, talking with friends and light studying.
• The Commuter Lounge has comfortable seating, computers with wireless technology, ATM machine, vending machines and lockers.
• The University Center has three separate furnished patios. Our West Patio is located off of the Ballroom and has a view of the Pacific Ocean! Our South Patio has an outdoor fireplace. Our East Patio spans the front of the University Center and is accessible directly from the Commuter Lounge.
• The spacious lobby is perfect for receptions and event registrations. Featuring an abundance of natural light this is a great place to meet and greet.
• The Otter Bay Café serves breakfast, lunch, dinner and an evening pub menu that includes wine and beer.
• The Campus Bookstore sells logo merchandise, study supplies, snacks and sundry items.
• We offer full service catering for your event from beverages and hors d’oeuvres to large-scale buffets and plated meals.
• Our friendly, cheerful and knowledgeable staff is always on hand to ensure that your event is a success.
